Consistent service as always
This isn't my first Ooma purchase. I've had Ooma Telo for years, and just added an Ooma HD3 Handset. The quality is always reliable. Setup was just as simple as my original Telo. It's why I keep coming back, they just work.
Mostly good, one small issue
I bought the Ooma Smart Cam and an Ooma Door and Window Sensor to try out their home security. The camera quality is pretty good and the sensor was simple to install. I had a little trouble linking the sensor to the app initially, took a couple tries. But once it connected, everything worked fine. Shipping was quick. Overall, I'm satisfied but the app could be a bit more intuitive for new devices.

Smooth experience with new system
